There is a minimal amount of effort needed to implement The FUELRITE System. Enrollment includes the completion of an Account Application and your Card Type & Security decisions. We may also need a list of your Drivers and Vehicles.

The entire process should take no longer than a half-hour
or so to complete.

A FUELRITE Account Representative will answer all of your questions and walk you through the entire process - in person or over the telephone.

Once your account has been established, FUELRITE makes implementation easy by providing you with individually packaged Cards, Site Listings and Driver Instructions. All you will need to do is hand them out!

After fueling...

Your driver will give the FUELRITE Card to the Station Attendant for processing. Any required authorization entries will be made. A FUELRITE Purchase Receipt will be signed by your Driver -
and they're on their way!
