clearly and concisely organize all of your fueling activity.
This information allows you to better control your Vehicles, Drivers and Dollars. You will find FUELRITEs' Reports to be extremely thorough and easy to read. (These Reports are available via Fax, E-mail or USPS.)

The FUELRITE INVOICE and The MONTHLY FLEET REPORT fulfill most needs and requirements. Additional and Custom Reports are available upon request and are also free-of-charge.

THE FUELRITE INVOICE

The FUELRITE Invoice provides Transaction Details, a Tax Summary, a Product & Discount Summary as well as Payment Amounts & Due Dates.

The TRANSACTION DETAILS Section itemizes all purchases by Vehicle or Driver. Date, Time, Product Purchased, Gallons, Price Per Gallon, Total Amount, Site and Driver Name are all clearly stated. When Odometer Readings are captured, the report calculates Mile-Per-Gallon (MPG) and Cost-Per-Mile (CPM). Vehicle Subtotals and MPG/CPM Averages are also provided for the period.

The TAX SUMMARY Section lists all Federal, State, County or other Taxes. Tax Type, Quantity, Rate and Total Tax is reported. This information is of value to companies affected by IFTA or for those who are eligible for Fuel Tax Rebates.

The PRODUCT & DISCOUNT SUMMARY Section lists the Total Gallons, Total Retail Amount for each Fuel Type and the Amount Due. FUELRITEs' Discounts are clearly stated and applied.

THE MONTHLY FLEET REPORT
The Monthly Fleet Report utilizes the same format as the FUELRITE INVOICE, providing Month-To-Date and Year-To-Date Totals by Vehicle and Account. MPG/CPM Averages by Vehicle and Distance Traveled are provided. This report is of great value for budgeting and tax audit/rebating purposes - as well as for monitoring driver behavior.
